Blake's Famous Soup (Chicken Noodle Soup)

Description: Some tasty, thick soup. The noodles absorb the liquid pretty quickly, so it becomes more of a stew when there's leftovers.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4-5 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2-3 cans chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1+ tsp black pepper
- 1-2 pkgs Reams Frozen Homemade Noodles
Instructions
- Add about 6-8 inches of water to a large pot on the stove on high. Add chicken and let boil until chicken is done.
- While chicken is cooking, cut up the vegetables and set aside.
- When chiken is done, remove chicken from water and cut up into bite sized pieces, and set aside. Turn heat down to medium high.
- Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and spices to water and stir in.
- Add vegetables and cooked, cut up chicken and boil on medium high.
- When vegetables are crisp tender, add noodles and continue to bloil until noodles are tender.
- More Salt and pepper may need to be added to taste.
