Pumpkin Bread

Servings per Recipe: 4 small loaves
Description: A fall favorite! Justin and Rachel make it for General Conference in October.
Ingredients
- 1 c. Vegetable oil
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp cloves
- ½ tsp ginger, ground
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 2 ½ c. pumpkin (equal to 30 oz. can)
- 5 c. flour
- 1 pkg chocolate chips (2 c.), your choice of dark or milk chocolate
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a mixer.
- Pour into 4 sprayed small loaf pans, filled only about ½ to ⅔ full. (It will rise.)
- Bake at 350° for 60-70 minutes until it passes the toothpick test.
