Pumpkin Bread

Servings per Recipe: 4 small loaves

Description: A fall favorite! Justin and Rachel make it for General Conference in October. 🍃


Ingredients

  • 1 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • ½ tsp ginger, ground
  • 4 tsp baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 ½ c. pumpkin (equal to 30 oz. can)
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 pkg chocolate chips (2 c.), your choice of dark or milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixer.
  2. Pour into 4 sprayed small loaf pans, filled only about ½ to ⅔ full. (It will rise.)
  3. Bake at 350° for 60-70 minutes until it passes the toothpick test.
