Pulled Pork

Description: Found this on the Farris Recipe Google Drive. Don't know where it came from, but wanting to try it out sometime.


Ingredients

  • 1 pork butt (3-5 lbs)
  • 1 can of lemon-lime soda
  • 3 Tbsp of salt
  • 2 Tbsp of pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a deep oven safe pan.
  2. Cover and cook in a 275°F oven, until it hits an internal temp of 195°F (approx 3 hrs).
  3. Pull it out and let it sit for 30 minutes, then pull it apart. ENJOY!
