Servings per Recipe: 4

Description:

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 c. jasmine rice, rinsed
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika

  2. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in rice, chicken broth, and honey. Bring to a boil, then return chicken to the skillet.
  4. Cover and reduce heat to low, simmering for about 20 minutes until rice is cooked and chicken is tender.
  5. Remove from heat, fluff rice with a fork, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
