One-Pan Honey Butter Garlic Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 c. jasmine rice, rinsed
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. honey
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken thighs, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in rice, chicken broth, and honey. Bring to a boil, then return chicken to the skillet.
- Cover and reduce heat to low, simmering for about 20 minutes until rice is cooked and chicken is tender.
- Remove from heat, fluff rice with a fork, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
