Hamburger Rice and Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground hamburger
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Brown 1 lb ground hamburger in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Stir in about 2 cups cooked rice until evenly combined.
- Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and about 1 cup sour cream; mix thoroughly.
- Add soy sauce a little at a time, stirring, until the mixture reaches a fairly tan color and tastes seasoned (you may need more than you expect).
- Heat gently until warmed through and serve.
