Description: Fun Cookies! Found on the Google Drive, it's basically a sugar cookie with more sugar. 😆

Ingredients

  • 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 ½ c. granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ¼ c. all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ c. sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
  3. Cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add egg and mix until well-combined.
  5. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and sprinkles, making sure all is well combined.
  6. Scoop cookie dough by the tablespoon full and place cookie dough onto the baking sheet, spacing about 1½-inches to 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
