Oatmeal Cookies

Description: Some of the best oatmeal cookies you'll ever have. Soft, flavorful. Really just the best.
Ingredients
- ¾ c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- ½ c. sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ¾ c. flour
- 2 c. oats
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Beat till combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- Beat in the flour, and then stir in the oats.
- Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls, place 2” apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 375°F oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack.
