Dad's Smokey Cheeseball

Description: Best Smokey cheese ball
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 chunk each of smoked cheddar & sharp cheddar
- For extra heat: add cayenne pepper, or buffalo wing cheese
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Adjust cheeses to your preferred taste.
- Chill for 2-4 hours.
- With gloves on, form into a ball and roll in shredded sharp cheddar.
- Chill for 1-2 more hours.
- Serve with wheat thins. ENJOY!
