Dad's Homemade Salsa

Description: Dad's salsa was never made the same twice. Always ended up different because he was always trying something new to make it "not suck", as is the benchmark for good food. And almost everytime, it didn't suck.
Ingredients
- 3 cans stewed tomatoes, drained and pureed
- 4 diced jalapeños, little to no seeds
- 1 tsp garlic
- ½ - 1 Tbsp salt
- Lime juice, preferrably fresh
- ½ - ⅔ c. diced white onion
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Mix tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic, salt and lime (to taste).
- Once you have all above blended to preferred taste, add the onion and cilantro
- Pulse in blender lightly.
- Store in fridge to allow maxiumum enjoyment.
